Neymar celebrates his first three months in FC Barcelona

Neymar will celebrate this wednesday his 100-day anniversary as a FC Barcelona player. It was on July 30 when Barça played their third of six preseason matches, away to Gdansk in Poland. On the 78th minute, Neymar was subbed in for Alexis and he contributed to the definitive two-all draw.

Tata Martino was very cautious with the Brazilian’s fitness at the beginning of the season. Neymar watched the team’s first two league matches from the bench, but he started the third. Positioned on the left wing, Neymar has consistently shown himself to be elegant and dangerous in front of the goal.

The Brazilian has played a total of 15 official matches with Barça: 10 in the league, 3 in the Champions League and 2 in the Spanish Super Cup. His record so far stands at 11 victories and 4 draws. He has scored four goals and given eight assists.
